By eliminating processed foods, foods that cause inflammation, you will be headed towards better digestion, absorption of nutrients, less joint pain and better sleeping habits.

You will not have to count your calories, measure your food, or keep track of what you eat simply because everything you put in your body when you follow this diet is healthy.

MEAT
Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Turkey, Pork, Duck, Bacon, etc..
FISH AND SEAFOOD
Salmon, Trout, Haddock, Shrimp, Shellfish, etc. Choose wild-caught when possible.
EGGS
Choose free-range, pastured raised if possibl

All nuts and seeds except those that are considered legumes like peanuts. Almonds, Macadamia nuts, Walnuts, Hazelnuts, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds and more.
SPICES
Sea salt, Garlic, Turmeric, Rosemary, etc.
HEALTHY FATS AND OILS
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut oil, Avocado oil and others.
BEVERAGES
Water, Unsweetened tea, unsweetened coffee.
NON COMPLIANT FOODS AND BEVERAGES
Alcohol, Dairy, Sugar, Grains, Legumes.
